This project started as a proof of concept for an idea I had. I wanted the user to be able to curate a list of words they struggle with and be able to hear the word as they practiced speaking.

I know, a Todo app but it's more the collaboration in this that was my big milestone. This was a group project with a team of 5 using git in production. It's not just the code but the communication in combining our unique styles to a cohesive end product.

This project was one of the first I ever did fetching API! Of course, I went for cat facts. A new world opened up after this project and I learned a lot about manipulating DOM elements.
